Dying with Dignity! You Can Retain Control…
This workshop focuses on California’s new “Right To Die” Law, known as the End of Life Option Act. This new act gives terminally ill patients the option to make end-of-life healthcare decisions allowing the patient to die with dignity. If all conditions are met, the patient will have the option to request from his/her doctor a prescription for a self-administered medication that would assist in shortening a difficult dying process.

Do you qualify? In this webinar, VA Accredited Attorney, columnist, and teacher, M. J. Miller will explain what you can and can’t include in your estate and long term care planning documents and the conditions that must be met for this new law to be effective in your circumstances. He will also discuss traps for the unwary and when you won’t qualify, which is far more likely than you think. Further, and maybe most importantly, he will discuss the options available for how you can pay for all of this, including new private options.
There will be a LIVE Q & A Session following!
The session will include a raffle for Mr. Miller’s book, Don’t Go Broke in a Nursing Home.
